Ordering & Payment


How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, choose your print, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment steps.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and Shop.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Custom Prints & Personalisation

How do I make a print customisable such as pet name?

Making a print your own is super easy! Just follow these steps:

💗Pick your favourite from our preset font list and colour guide (you’ll find it linked in the product description).
💗 Let us know what colour you’d like your design in.
💗Pop all the custom info in the ‘Notes’ box at checkout (you’ll see it in your basket). This could be names, quotes, dates – whatever makes it personal to you!

If we need to double-check anything, we’ll get in touch before printing. You bring the ideas, we’ll bring the magic ✨

How do you know what bespoke print I want?

Our bespoke prints are built and designed specifically for you! Once you request a consultation, we’ll get in touch to go through a brief and chat about your ideas. You can choose to have the consultation over email or a call, alternatively you can reach me on the live chat, Its not a bot or AI, it's me you are speaking with! When you book a consultation just pop your contact preference in the notes box at checkout!

The turnaround time for bespoke prints can be just a couple of days too depending on what you are looking for. You will also see a proof of the design to make sure it’s exactly what you’re after.

Don’t worry – bespoke prints are not as expensive as you might think, with prices starting from just £20!



Delivery & Shipping


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail. UK orders typically arrive in 3-5 days.

Due to the time and care we put into your bespoke prints these may take a little longer to get to you. If you have a print that you need quicker get in-touch, we will always do our best to get it to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not yet. But keep checking our socials as we may introduce it in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email me with photos to emily@CosyPrintCompany.com and I’ll arrange a replacement.

Can I collect?
We are based in Hartlepool, Teesside - If you are local in exceptional circumstances you can collect with previous agreement.

Can I request a different size?

Yes! If you’d like a size not listed, get in touch, and I’ll see what’s possible.

Do you offer digital downloads?
At the moment, I only offer physical prints, but this may change in the future.
